Four commemorative covers cancelled from a place called Ramapuram in Kottayam district of Kerala. With Ramayana stamps. On Pran pratishtha day of Sri Ram temple -22.1.2024



Speciality of this place is that there are four separate temples dedicated to four brothers Shri Ram, Bharat, Lakshman and Shatrughan. All the temples are located near each other.

In Malayalam this place is also called Naalambalam meaning four temples.

Only 75 covers of each variety were issued. All covers are serially numbered on back side.

These covers also featured on 22.1.2024 Matruvani newspaper.
