Netherland-smallest and shortest film 3D Lenticular Stamp.

Description 3D lenticular
Issue date 09 September 2010

The world's "smallest and shortest film" appears on a new lenticular stamp created for the Dutch postal service TNT. KesselsKramer asked director Anton Corbijn to shoot the one-second film, which features actress Carice van Houten (Game of Thrones actress).

The Amsterdam and London-based agency were commissioned to "develop new innovations in stamps" and the result is a small lenticular stamp that contains 30 frames of film. 350,000 have been printed and are available from Dutch post offices.

Corbijn's film, at a mere one-second in length, is a strange little thing. Dutch actress Carice van Houten stands in front of a windmill facing the camera and proceeds to bite down on an unidentified finger.

The film was launched during the Dutch Film Festival's 30th anniversary celebrations.
