2017 में भारत ने ICAR (सेंट्रल प्लांटेशन क्रॉप्स रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट) के लिए एक शीटलेट जारी किया।
2017 एमएस में निम्नलिखित गलतियाँ नोट की गईं
1) भकृअनुप की वर्तनी भकृअनुप हो गई --- प लुप्त हो गया
जबकि स्टांप के अंदर इसकी स्पेलिंग सही थी।
2)दाएं ऊपरी कोने में दो चिह्न हैं, एक आईसीएआर के लिए और दूसरा सीपीसीआरआई के लिए - इस लोगो का कारण अज्ञात है।



शीटलेट को कथित तौर पर वापस ले लिया गया था, और 2018 में निम्नलिखित सुधारों के साथ एक पुनः जारी किया गया था-
1)हिन्दी की वर्तनी शुद्ध की गयी
2) लोगो हटा दिया गया
3) साल 2017 से 2018 हो गया
